Hi everyone! I just discovered this sub after spending the past few months trying out new recipes in an effort to put on some weight. I've posted a few times on r/gainit so you may have seen them before if you frequent that sub. I pm'ed the mods to ask if it's OK to post and they gave me the thumbs up so I hope this is OK.
Anyway, here are the fruits of my efforts so far. All these meals are easy to make (because I do NOT enjoy cooking), tasty, high protein and high calorie. Good for anyone trying to put on weight.
1000 Calorie Smoothie
60 grams of oats
1 large banana
2 tbs peanut butter
Handful of berries
Half a pint of milk
First you need to blend the oats until they are the consistency of dust, this makes the smoothie very easy to drink even if you aren't hungry.
Chop the banana into very thin slices. Again, this makes the drink smoother.
The berries make it tasty to drink and the pb and oats pack it with calories and protein. This easily adds 1000 calories to your day and can be drunk in 10 minutes without feeling super bloated.

Chicken Stir Fry
So easy to make and tastes great with just a few simple extras. Here are the ingredients:
Chicken - 90g protein/ 450 calories
Veg: 3g Protein / 176 calories
Linguini: 1 g protein / approx 190 calories
Honey: Negligible Protein / approx 90 calories
Total Protein: 95g

Takes about half an hour and usually some left over for a snack later (or double ingredient and make enough for two full meals)
Roast Salmon with Veg
Literally a case of putting the ingredients in an oven, you jut have to do it in the right order.
Ingredients:
Salmon Fillet
4 or 5 small potatoes
Handful of broccoli
House Dressing
Lemon juice

One of my favorites. Takes a bit longer to cook but takes almost zero skill and tastes amazing.

Tuna Salad with Fried Pasta
This is one of my favourite meals and its the easiest to make, not to mention delicious and veeeery good for you (and your growing muscles).
150g linguini (or spaghetti or any other type of pasta) boiled then fried: 8g protein / 240 calories
Can of tuna: 32.4g protein / 226 calories
3tbs of oil: 100 calories
Some lettuce, cucumber, pepper, mushroom (anything you like in a salad): Approx 7g protein / 150 calories
Salad dressing: 2g protein / 100 calories
Black pepper
Total Protein: 51.4
Total Calories: 816

Takes me around 20 minutes and you can easily make twice as much and take some to work (or eat the next day).
Spaghetti Bolognese
I'm sure you've heard of it, but have you tried making it? It's really, really easy and so full of protein and calories. Ingredients are:
300g spaghetti: 15g protein / 480 calories
500g beef mince: 120g protein / 1160 calories
Pasta sauce from a jar: 6.5 g protein / 220 calories
Mushrooms/pepper/garlic/sweetcorn/ (remove or add what you don't want or like): approx 100 calories / 5g protein
Beef extract
Salt
Total Protein: 146.5g
Total Calories: 1960

My FAVORITE thing to eat. Especially the home made chips which are amazing. Here are the ingredients:

This one takes around 30 minutes and most of that is waiting for your chips to fry. I don't use bread with my burger but obviously you are free to.
Jacket Potato, Tuna and Eggs
OK, so this isn't the tastiest meal in the world, but it's a shit tone of calories and protein and only takes 15 minutes to make. Perfect if you have run out of food in the fridge and need a post gym meal.
Ingredients:
1 Large Potato
1 Can of Tuna
2 Medium Eggs
Butter
Salad Dressing
