Lingoes Request Translation Services Failed.

Lingoes (Lingoes.exe). Lingoes is a dictionary that helps you translate words or texts into various languages. In addition, it has the ability to capture words on screen, translate only the text you selected, and teach you the correct pronunciation of words. I have Windows 7 x64 platform. When I start Lingoes (ver 2.9.2), always says 'Request translation services failed.' I tried on other platforms (XP, Windows 7 x32, Windows 8.1 x32) and everywhere the same situation happens.

This issue may occur if the Lingoes software is corrupt.
You may try to uninstall and reinstall the Lingoes software and check if it works.
To uninstall the software follow these steps:
Right-click on Start Button and click on Programs and Features.
Right-click on the Lingoes software and click on Uninstall.
Note: Make sure you have the installation media for Lingoes software before uninstalling it.
